conic protrusion 11 molded head 1. The design of a flattened container eliminates the possibility of its penetration
one
The invention relates to packaging and packaging technology, namely to means for packaging viscous pasty products, for example mustard ketchup, toothpaste, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to preserve the contents of the container.
Figure 1 shows a flattened container, side view j in figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; Fig. 3 shows one of the points in the formation of the collapsible container; figure 4 - the container at the time of compression of its elements with welding them together; in FIG. 3 -) 7, embodiments of a collapsible container.
The collapsible container comprises a molded head 1, including a cylindrical neck 2, a laminated connecting element 3 with inner and outer surfaces 4 and 5, respectively. A portion of one of the surfaces 4 and 5 is associated with a molded head 1. Between the surfaces 4 and 5 an intermediate layer 6 is placed, made of a material with low permeability or impermeable to oxygen, water vapor and oils, for example aluminum foil, and the surface 4 and 5 are made of heat-sealable thermoplastic materials connected to layer 6 by means of a binding agent — et1-tenacrylate acid. The container contains a laminated tubular body 1 comprising the inner and outer surfaces 8 and 9, respectively, the upper portion of one of which is associated with a portion of one of the surfaces 4 and 5 of the connecting element 3. Between the surfaces 8 and 9 an intermediate layer 10 is placed, made of a material low permeability or generally impermeable to oxygen, water vapor and oils. Layer 10 can be made, for example, in case of oxygen and moisture, which ensures the safety of the contents of the container for a long time. 2 hp ff. 7 il.

measures of foil, polyester, etc. B, a preferred embodiment, surfaces 8 and 9 can be made of heat-sealable thermoplastic materials, such as polyethylene, and connected to layer 10 by means of ethylene acrylic acid.
The connecting element 3 is connected to the molded head 1 by means of a conical protrusion 11 formed in the lower part of the molded head 1, the protrusion 11 being at least three times the distance from the tubular body 7 that exceeds the thickness of the laminated connecting element 3.
Preferred is a variant in which the upper portion of the inner surface 4 of the connecting element 3 is associated with the outer surface of the conical protrusion 11 of the molded head 1 - (Figures 2 and 5).
A variant of the container is possible in which the laminated connecting element 3 is placed across the cylindrical neck 2 of the molded head 1 in such a way that without destroying the element 3, foreign material cannot get inside it (Fig. 7).
It is also possible to implement a variant of the container in which the upper portion of the outer surface 5 of the connecting element 3 is associated with the portion of the lower surface of the conical protrusion 11 of the molded head 1 (Fig. 6).
The cylindrical neck 2 has a screw thread 12 on which a cap (not shown) is screwed.
The elements of the container are interconnected by hot welding. In the process of hot welding, the areas of surfaces 4,5 and 8,9 can create nodules along the edges of the intermediate layer 6 of the connecting element 3 and
the upper edge of the layer 10 of the laminated tubular body 7, which create a barrier 13 for protecting and isolating the contents of the container from said intermediate layers 6 and 10.
The container is made as follows.
A portion of the corresponding surface 4 or 5 of the laminated connecting element 3 is superimposed on one of the surfaces of the conical protrusion 11 of the molded head 1, then the said portions of the molded head 1 and the connecting element 3 are heated and crimped one over the other to weld them. After that, a portion of the corresponding surface 4 or 5 is superimposed on the upper portion of one of the surfaces 8 and 9 of the tubular body 7, and these areas are heated and compressed to weld them. All these operations are preferably performed simultaneously.
Molded head 1, the connecting element 2 is placed on the mandrel 14, around which is placed a tubular body 7, so that its upper section protrudes over the area of the connecting element 3.
To compress the elements of the container with welding between them, a tool 15 is used, on which we have an inductor 16 (figure 4) which shows the moment when the tool 15 is in the position of moving it down after bending it with the help of the upper part of the tubular body 7 inside and immediately before the reduction operation of the elements connected with one another. Simultaneously or almost simultaneously with the start of the element reduction operation, a certain frequency is passed through the coil 16 to create a high-frequency magnetic field, while the time period should be sufficient to heat the layers 6 and 10 of the connecting element 3 and the tubular body 7 and soften the coatings 4, 5 and 8.9 of thermoplastic material ala. After these coatings are softened to a degree that allows welding of adjacent surfaces, the current passing through the coil 16 is turned off, and the container is naturally cooled. AT

During the cooling process, tool 15 continues to crimp the elements of the container, connecting them to one another with welding. After the end of the hot welding operation, the tool 15 is moved upwards, and the container, the lower part of which remains open, is removed from the mandrel 14.
The container cavity is then filled through the open bottom with the appropriate contents, after which the bottom of the container is sealed by hot welding.
Thus, the use of the proposed invention prevents the ingress of moisture and oxygen into the container, which ensures that the quality of the contents of the container is maintained for a long time.
